Welcome to The Found Thread. This is a private, by-appointment-only rental space intended for safe, sane, and consensual adult play. This agreement is designed to protect both the space owner and guests. Please read carefully before signing. ALL INFORMATION ENTERED WILL REMAIN PRIVATE AND IS ACCESSIBLE ONLY BY THE FOUND THREAD. STAFF WILL ONLY USE SCENE NAMES TO ADDRESS PATRONS.

1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

I acknowledge that my use of The Found Thread involves activities that may be physically and/or emotionally intense. I voluntarily assume all risks related to my presence and participation in any activity on the premises. I understand that BDSM, kink, and fetish-related activities can carry risks including, but not limited to, physical injury, mental distress, or allergic reactions.

2. WAIVER OF LIABILITY

By signing this agreement, I waive and release The Found Thread, its owner(s), and affiliates from any and all liability for injuries, losses, damages, or claims resulting from my use of the space, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. I agree not to hold The Found Thread liable for actions taken by any other guest or participant.

3. CONSENT AND COMMUNICATION

I understand that clear, enthusiastic, and ongoing consent is mandatory for all activities. I affirm that I have the ability and capacity to give informed consent. I acknowledge that consent can be withdrawn at any time by any participant and must be respected immediately.

4. SOBRIETY REQUIREMENT (ZERO TOLERANCE)

I agree to refrain from using alcohol or drugs of any kind on the premises or before a session.  I understand that I must be fully sober and unimpaired at all times while at The Found Thread.

I agree that if I am suspected of being under the influence, my access may be denied or my session terminated immediately without refund, and that violation may result in permanent denial of future access.

5. MEDICAL CONDITIONS AND SAFETY

I certify that I am physically able to participate in the activities I choose to engage in. I will inform my partner(s) of any medical conditions, allergies, or limitations. I understand that there is no medical staff on-site and that I am responsible for my own health and safety.

6. DAMAGE AND FEES

I agree to reimburse The Found Thread for any damage I cause to the space, its contents, or equipment beyond normal wear and tear. I will not remove or alter any equipment, furniture, or furnishings.

7. PHOTOGRAPHY & PRIVACY

No photos or videos may be taken without prior consent of all individuals involved. I understand that discretion is a top priority, and I agree to maintain the privacy of others using the space. I will not share identifying information about other users or the location of The Found Thread.

8. TERMINATION OF ACCESS

The owners of The Found Thread reserve the right to deny access or terminate any session without refund if this agreement is violated.

9. DIGITAL CHECK-IN & AGREEMENT

By submitting this form electronically, I affirm that:

• I am at least 18 years of age.

• I have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms of this waiver.

• I voluntarily release The Found Thread from liability.

• I understand that violation of any term may result in denial of future access or legal action.
